Anahita Anais Parseghian is an Integrative Trauma Healing Expert, Microdosing Mentor, and Attunement Coach. Anahita’s expertise is rooted in her 10+ years of working with ancient wisdom traditions, and as a medicine woman, a resilience expert, and a product leader in the tech sector. She is trained and certified in Mental Health Integrative Medicine, various Somatic Trauma Therapy techniques, Positive Intelligence, and Holistic Chronic Pain Coaching.
She is also one of the core faculty at The Plant Spirit School Integration Coach Certification program, designed to empower plant medicine people to grow their thriving vocation in the Psychedelic Renaissance.

Monica Cadena is an Afro-Latinx California-based artist, psychedelic writer, movement worker, digital alchemist, brave space holder, plant ally, drug policy reform advocate working to end the war against cultures and communities. CARLOS PLAZOLA | Chair of the Board, Decriminalize Nature
Carlos is the child of an indigenous farmer from rural Jalisco and a Mexican woman from a farm-working family. He grew up surrounded by a loving Chicano/Mexican community. Carlos has a BS degree from UCLA in biological anthropology and an Master’s degree from the Yale in Political Ecology and Conservation Biology. Carlos has worked as an organizer for three decades. Today, Carlos builds housing in Oakland, which keeps him grounded, while volunteering as Chair of the Board of Decriminalize Nature.

CARSTEN FISHER | Psychedelic Supervisor, Student, Disruptor
and psychedelic peer support supervisor, living as a forever student of plant-medicine, eastern philosophy, and life. Carsten's passions are grounded in service of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, prioritizing accessibility and disrupting systems of psychedelic gatekeeping. He strives to critically analyze status quo frameworks designed to perpetuate systems of racial violence, and deconstruct mainstream movements of empty inclusion (i.e. DEI, BIPOC initiatives).

Artist, scientist, educator, and guide, Dr. Tone Rawlings uses ancient wisdom and contemporary science to help people heal personal, intergenerational, and ancestral wounds from the myth of White supremacy and colonization. They work with individuals, organizations, and companies. Included in their program is a curriculum and practices to guide people to identify, track, and heal internalized White-supremacy constructs that get passed down through intergenerational conditioning and epigenetic trauma.
